A Firm Foundation on VHS + Across The Centuries on DVD "A Firm Foundation" makes the Old Testament accessible to Bible classes, small groups and home study. This VHS videotape is divided into four sections. It helps a Christian understand the significance of the sacrificial system that leads to Christ, what "canon" means, and when the Old Testament was formally agreed upon. "Across The Centuries" uses an animated version of John Calvin to provide an overview of the Book of Order. The DVD ALSO has a video on parliamentary procedure, excerpts from the popular 1990 version of Across the Centuries, and "Cuba," a video showing the witness of the Presbyterian Church in Cuba. Session members, new members, and mission committee members will gain a great deal from this DVD.
